Blessing and Clearing a Building – from The Law of One by Ra.

Dark entities and lower frequency energies can accumulate in a building over time. They can be thought forms generated by anger, fear or sorrow. They can be souls of people who got stuck, or malicious nasties that followed someone home. They like dirt and dark forgotten places like unused rooms or cupboards. Now and again it’s worth really spring cleaning your home on all levels and it’s particularly important when moving into a new home or place of work.

The following instructions were taken from Book IV of The Law of One by Ra, an humble messenger of the Law of One.

1. Acquire or make holy water. To make it take water from a spring or fresh filtered water mixed with a little sea salt and bless it with intention and or using an appropriate prayer.
2. Buy a new broom and some fine sea salt as well as a bulb of garlic and some cotton thread.
3. Clean the house of all dirt and garbage. Throw away or fix anything broken. Paint areas that need painting.
4. Hang a cut clove of garlic from some thread somewhere near a door or window in each room. Say the words “We praise the One Creator for the gift of garlic and bless its ability to offer to those ‘friends’ to whom we wish to bid farewell the arrow which points their way of egress”.
5. Open all doors and windows and trail fine sea salt along the outer window and door sills – pour the salt in straight lines with no gaps. When the salt is laid say “We praise the One Creator which gave to salt the ability to enable those ‘friends’, to whom we wish to say farewell, to find a new home”.
6. Using the fingertips trail droplets of holy water on top of the salt. When the water is sprinkled say “We give thanks to the One Creator for the gift of water. Over it the Creator moves Its hand and stirs Its will to be done”.
7. Leave the garlic and salt in place for 36-48 hours.
8. Use the new broom to sweep out the salt from each sill – sweeping away the lower. vibrations within the dwelling. As you are sweeping say, “We praise the One Creator and give thanksgiving for the spiritual cleanliness of this dwelling place”.
9. Take down the garlic and burn it and say “We give thanks to the One Creator for the gift of spiritual cleanliness in our dwelling place and seal the departure of all those who have left by this exit by the consuming of this substance”. Throw any remains of the burnt garlic away.
10. You can also string cut garlic around the property – putting it in a funnel with the small end facing the property.
11. For regular clearing you can burn sage around the house saying something like “only love and Light can enter here, no darkness can remain in this space”.
12. Open curtains and doors and windows every day to let in fresh air and light.
